I guess this is a lesson to just purchase the reward and have them in your account instead of waiting until the last minute. Luckily, my friend had other comps that we got to use at another hotel, but overall I thought it wasn’t great customer service to just get rid of them like that, especially before the holidays. But first, can we talk about how the myVEGAS game literally took the comp awards offline for more than a month right before the holidays? I wanted to redeem my loyalty points for a comp night award back in November for December but then they totally took the comp night rewards off the game.
The 2022 winter/spring set of the myVEGAS Reward Calendars is finally out and it includes four months from January 2022 to April 2022.
